Qualifications
Requirements |
|
Technical: |
-
Hold a
valid Kuwait DGCA Airline Transport Pilot License or
equivalent with a current Type rating on one of the
aircraft types, registered in Kuwait.
- Hold a valid Kuwait DGCA Authorized Flight Examiner
Certificate (Aircraft) or equivalent.
- A sound
record and reputation of adherence and compliance
with Regulations and Safety Standards and
Competency.
- Have
experience on International Route’s Operations.
- A broad
knowledge in,
|
- Kuwait Civil
Aviation Safety Regulations (Preferably).
- International Civil Aviation Organization,
standard and recommended practices.
- The Air
Operator Policies and Standards.
- Special
operations including,
|
- Low
visibility operations.
- Extended
range operations by twin engines
aircraft.
- Minimum
navigation performance specification and
advance navigation concepts.
- Reduced
Vertical Separation Minima.
|
- Broad knowledge
about Aircraft maintenance requirements.
- Preferably with
previous appointments in operational management of
Air Transport Operations.

Personal: |

Sound
reputation for possessing high level of integrity,
dedication, devotion and initiative.

Sound
qualities of tact, tolerance and impartiality.

Good
understanding of human nature and possess the
ability to get along well with people.

Qualifications
Requirements |
-
Must be a holder of valid Kuwait DGCA AME license or equivalent in
at least two categories i.e. A&C or E&I or any further mix of more than those categories.
-
Must have at least ten years of recent experience.
-
The qualifications, experience and competency of the applicant shall
be of a range that compares favorably with those personnel of Kuwait
DGCA approved maintenance organizations and Kuwait DGCA approved Air
operators or equivalent.
-
The applicants should have previous appointments in Engineering
management or supervisory positions through his previous employment.
-
The incumbent must have a broad knowledge of the following;

-
Kuwait Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (Preferably).
-
JAA
and FAA regulations.
-
ICAO
standards and recommended practices.
-
Air
operator and Aircraft Maintenance Organizations policies and
standards.
|
-
The incumbent shall have sound reputation for possessing high level
of integrity, dedication, devotion and initiative.
-
The incumbent shall have sound qualities of tact, tolerance and
impartiality.
-
The incumbent shall have good understanding of human nature and
possess the ability to get a long well with people.
-
The incumbent will have to undergo the following courses prior to
performing his functions as an Airworthiness Inspector;
|
-
Airworthiness Inspector Indoctrination Course.
-
ICAO
Safety Oversight Course.
-
Audit Technique Course.
-
A
practical on the Job training under the supervision of an
appropriately designated DGCA/ASD Airworthiness inspector.
